Cataract Surgery

Cataract surgery has a high success rate, and most patients achieve significant improvement in their vision, allowing them to resume daily activities with clarity. It is important to note that individual results may vary, and some patients may still require glasses for certain tasks such as reading or driving.

Glaucoma Surgery

We currently offer conventional Trabeculectomy with anti-metabolites for glaucoma, with or without retrobulbar block or injection depending on the case. Our ophthamologists have vast years of experience in Glaucoma management.

Retinal Surgeries

Until recently, patients with retinal problems such us retinal detachment, vitreous hemorrhage, diabetic or sickle cell retinaopathy had to travel abroad for treatment! Our Chief Ophthalmologists, Pst Dr. (med) Charles Cofie, had the narrative since 2012, performing retinal surgeries in-house for various retinal diseases and thereby saving many from becoming blind from retinal diseases.

Glaucoma

Both glaucoma and cornea-related conditions require professional evaluation and management by qualified eye care specialists. Early detection, regular monitoring, and appropriate treatment are key in preventing or minimizing vision loss and maintaining optimal eye health

Laser Photocoagulation

Prevention is always better than cure! At Dziram Eye Clinic, we are equipped with a modern Argon Retinal Laser which enables us to perform Retinal Laser Photocoagulation for patients with diabetes or sicklwe cell or other vascular retianal diseases when they are diagnosed in the early stages of the disease. This prevents deterioration of such conditions and helps patients to keep their vision for a lifetime!
